Practice policies and fees are outlined in a welcome letter/packet sent to prospective patients or evaluees.

Commercially insured patients may be able to use out-of-network health insurance benefits. Patients can be provided documentation to help with filing claims.

All fees must be paid prior to or at the time of service, in the form of credit/debit card. 

All visits are subject to cancellation/No-Show policies.
